This is what I made for dinner today. It’s really quick & easy to prepare and of course super healthy 😉 As I am sure you beauty-smarties know, food has such a big impact on our bodies and on our looks. Glowing skin, healthy hair, strong nails and bones are derived from healthy food choices. It’s so good to include fruit and veggies in your diet and of course lots of water. If you take care of your body, it will take care of you. All the ingredient used to make this are cancer fighting, and oh-so-good for your body. Here’s a little breakdown: QuinoaThis is an ancient power food and/or “super grain”. It’s a great source of protein and it is a healthy gluten-free carbohydrate, so it will give you energy. TomatoTomatoes are great for your skin in particular because they contain a lot of vitamin C and they are packed with powerful antioxidants to help keep your body healthy. They also contain a lot of vitamin A and K which are also good for your eyes and hair. I sometimes just slice up a tomato if I want something healthy to snack on. AvocadoA really healthy fat containing a lot of vitamin E, which is great for your skin and hair.
