As 2018 was coming to an end, I created this simple planner to help me keep track of the healthy habits and goals I wanted to focus on for the new year. It is so incredible to have this sheet to keep my progress organized and noted so it’s not all swirling around in my head 🙂 I hope you guys will enjoy and benefit from this planner as well!

- Drag images to desktop (make sure to get both sheets)
- Open document from desktop, then print
- Right click on the image (make sure to get both)
- Save Image as (save to preferred location)
- Open document, then print
