Breakfast:
– Sprouted whole grain toast (Ezekiel brand) with raw peanut butter & sliced banana
– Big cup of green tea (drink it every morning, sometimes forget to mention)
Lunch:
– Lots of watermelon!

Early Dinner:
– Whole grain penne pasta with tomato basil sauce
– Baby carrots
