Casual Day | Get Ready With Me!
This video was really fun to make, a lot of different scenes and set ups, showing you what I do on a typical morning. I've seen a few requests for a "Morning Routine" type of video, which I believe would be pretty similar but I could show some additional parts like what I use for skincare in the morning, another type of breakfast I like etc.. 




Dealing With Stress & Anxiety | My Tips 
"If you don't take care of your body, where are you going to live?" I love this quote, and as much as it's true for the type of food you eat and how you take care of your body, I believe a lot of it has to do with your attitude on life and emotional and mental well being. I share some of the things that I do that help to keep my feeling at my best when it comes to my mind and soul. 



Try On Clothing Haul 
I love fashion! I show you some of my recent purchases, mostly for these colder months, including these amazing taupe colored boots and a faux fur vest I got from Zara. I've been finding some more super nice things recently that I will be sharing with you soon in a new haul. Fashion is one thing that really gets me going :) 




What I Ate Today
I love that you guys are really into these videos (judging by the feedback and views). It's so great that people are getting more and more interested in their health and taking ownership of it. It's so empowering knowing that you are in charge of YOU. Although it sounds so simple, and perhaps obvious, it's something that can be easily overlooked. What we put in our bodies has such a huge effect on us, not just physically but also how we feel. I love sharing my recipes with you guys, even though most of the time they're super simple - which is the way I like it hehe :) Quick and easy! No fuss, but super healthy and delicious. 




Three Health Tips For Weight Loss & Well Being
 I get asked a lot to share some general tips for health and weight loss, so I combined three that work really well for me. The first is stocking up your kitchen with real good healthy food. You eat what's in your kitchen, so make it a positive space with lots of good choices. There's a list of some of the groceries I always buy in the description box below the video if you guys are interested in that. Second is to invest in some workout gear that you feel super good in. This makes my workouts more enjoyable and I find myself to be more motivated to exercise. Third is to banish the idea of calorie restricting or rather not eating to full satisfaction, "don't eat less, eat better". Plant based foods are packed with fiber, vitamins, antioxidants and healthy carbs that fuel your body and are naturally low in calories. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. Be in tune with yourself. More on that in the video! :)
