The Fear of “Being Healthy” (Deprivation, Costs, Binge Eating, Detox...)

Hello everyone! I uploaded a new video yesterday talking about something I hear coming up over and over again about this fear around living a "healthy lifestyle". Fear of feeling deprived, fear of it being expensive, fear of binge eating. I also address some fears around the plant based lifestyle like fear of eating carbs, fear of gaining weight, fear of detox etc.. Hopefully this covers some of your questions / concerns which I've been asked about recently. To those worried about feeling judged or "different" after adopting a plant based lifestyle, you have trust yourself, be your own bff, trust your intuition and your heart. Know that everyone who's living a high carb low fat plant based lifestyle is thriving - and thriving long term! Please don't give into negativity or criticism from others or let it stir you away from living a fulfilling life - those who truly love you will support you and your new kick ass lifestyle! The same holds true for other areas of your life, DO YOU and always believe in yourself - the right people will come along. Hope you enjoy the video!! XOXO

  1. It was a great video Annie. Especially the way you argumented against all the stereotypes. I'm not a vegan myself. I'm reading a lot about it though. The part that stops me the most is the money and time. I don't have time for long meals and I know that before I step into this journey I need to make sure I do it the right way. Thank you for keeping on doing this inspiring videos and not stoping due to the "haters". And please, excuse my english.

Have a nice meet-up and trip home to Europe!

    1. It actually doesn't cost much, at least less than a "normal" omni or vegetarian diet :) When you eat fruits and veggies in season, you'll spend less than 18 euros daily on this lifestyle :) and: you don't have to go to the doctor often anymore and you have more energy, which means you can work more. But informing yourself first is a great step ^^
I hope that you'll give it a try. Have a beautiful day!

  3. Hi Annie, I've been watching your videos for quite a long time right now, and I'm so happy that you became vegan, even in makeup and skincare ! I'm a new vegetarian and for my skin care (and makeup, even if I don't really use makeup) I'm vegan. Since I'm vegan for my skincare, my skin became more beautiful, not flawless, but in a state that I never had in a long time : with almost no pimple, no redness, and a smooth touching.
I think you are one of the most interesting person to follow on YouTube because you aknowledge yourself, and try to understand the purpose of each ingredient, like I do since about 2 years now. That's why my skincare matches my skin.
I would like to see your skincare routine, in the morning and in the evening, filmed if possible. Even if my skincare suits me right now, I'm curious what you do now, and maybe I could learn something new. Also, could you tell us what products you use to wash your body and hair ? Because I struggle to find a vegan shampoo that suits my hair. I have one, but I'm not completely satisfied with it.
I hope you understood my English ;)
    Thank you !

  4. I'm vegetarist (I don't eat meat but I do eat dairy products) and have often met people who don't understand me because I don't eat meat. I have thought about going to all vegan lifestyle and thanks to you I think I'm ready to take that step. :) Love you!♡

  5. Hi sweety, Thanks for your all great videos and advice
I am not on fully raw or plant based diet now, but I am working on my self and I am eating more fruits and vegetables during last few months.
The reason which I could not move to full plant based diet is that I am under weight unfortunately and for 28 years old lady and 160 CM height, I am only 44.5 KGs.
I need daily 2000 calories to reach my natural weight, therefore I am not sure if I can have this amount of calories all from fruits and vegetables or not.
Would you please be so kind and do a video on meal plan of 2000 calories for one day? I need to know one example to be familiar with amount of fruits and vegetables which needed for 2000 calories per day.
