New HAUL Video!

Hello my beauties ♥ I'm happy you guys enjoyed my last video and got to know a bit more about me :) Love reading your comments and responses about what we have in common. Today I have another video for you, this time showing you some newly purchased items, relating to clothing and food. It's gets a bit random at times (I show you some organic free range eggs for example that I found at this local farm here in Dubai hehe) - but it's things I'm passionate about so I thought I'd show you!   2. Hi Annie! Lovely video as always! Some years ago, I' ve read "You can heal your life", by Louise Hay, and still I use a lot of her advices! This one, like Secret, helps you to see life in a positive way (as you already know!), but it is also important to have a beautiful soul, full of light and love (just like you!). Lots of light and love from me too!

  3. The teal necklace is beautiful, Nike top perfect to work out in, Will love to try the body tea mist it sound awesome without harsh chemicals I cannot use any perfumes due to that. If by any chance you have recommendation for no chemicals perfumes or body spray please let me know thanks. Hello from USA

  7. Annie! Could you tell me what shade your Lancome foundation is? I use the same shade as you in Make up forever HD so it could be a guide of you say which shade your Lancome one is :) An updated "Everyday makeup routine" would be so nice ! :D

  8. Loved the video beautiful! You should check out Lorna Jane for workout clothes, it is an amazing mix of fashion and fitness and they are perfect to workout in and then continue on with your day in :) If you love them like I do we should defiantly look to do a box swap!

  18. Hey Annie, love the video. Keep an eye on your iron levels especially when going vegan or vegetarian. My iron dropped so low about 8 months ago that I only had 7% iron reserves and it needs to be around 150-200 % for optimal functioning as a human being and it was because I had omitted meat from my diet. Iron is responsible for carrying oxygen to all major organs such as the heart, brain, lungs etc and a severe lack of iron means that these organs will get less and less oxygen and need to work twice as hard to function.Iron is possibly the most important mineral and is often overlooked. Mine was to a degree so severe that if I had gone for a couple more weeks I would have landed up in a coma and with organ failure. I was diagnosed by a really good doctor who uses integrative medicine along with blood tests, so for anybody thinking Im sucking this out of my thumb I'm not. Obviously this level of depletion happens over a long period of time, I was born vegetarian but did start eating meat at age 14 because of aneamia and have always been slightly aneamic but I had to have iron IV's to replace the iron quickly because it was at a level which was detrimental. I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I went through and how you feel when your iron is so low, so I just want you to keep an eye on it and watch out for symptoms where you are severly tired throughout the day with zero energy levels as well as feeling confused or light headed. Supplement as much as you can with alternatives to keep your iron optimal. I still dont eat a lot of red meat, but from time to time, I do. However I do eat a lot of chicken and fish and eggs and veggies high in iron plus I take an iron supplement. I know you are very knowledgeable health wise and I know you look after yourself but additonal info is always a bonus and these are just my tips and what works for me. Stay beautiful and look after yourself !!!
