I do anywhere from 5 to 10 to 20 reps of each exercise almost every day to keep my body nice and toned. Even though these exercises are basic, they really work! At the end of the day it's all about moving your body. I usually do these when I'm watching TV (or sometimes even when I'm on the phone).
I really enjoy workouts like Pilates, barre method and yoga as these focus more on strengthening and lengthening the core and deep muscles, so you get a nice long and lean figure. I also love going on the occasional run!

And remember my loves, everyone comes in different shapes and sizes. Don't try to make yourself look like anyone else, I think we all (including myself) have tried doing that. But know that you are perfect, amazing and gorgeous just the way you are! It's about being the best, healthiest and most kick-ass version of yourself that you can! We only have one life, so let's live this life the best we can.
