Quick Full Body Exercises!

Hi beautiful! Yesterday I filmed a video demonstrating a few of the exercises I do, usually in the night time just before I get into the shower. I spent most of the day editing it today and it's finally done! I hope that you guys enjoy this video. It was really fun to film and put together as it's very different from what I usually do :)


I do anywhere from 5 to 10 to 20 reps of each exercise almost every day to keep my body nice and toned. Even though these exercises are basic, they really work! At the end of the day it's all about moving your body. I usually do these when I'm watching TV (or sometimes even when I'm on the phone).

I really enjoy workouts like Pilates, barre method and yoga as these focus more on strengthening and lengthening the core and deep muscles, so you get a nice long and lean figure. I also love going on the occasional run!

And remember my loves, everyone comes in different shapes and sizes. Don't try to make yourself look like anyone else, I think we all (including myself) have tried doing that. But know that you are perfect, amazing and gorgeous just the way you are! It's about being the best, healthiest and most kick-ass version of yourself that you can! We only have one life, so let's live this life the best we can.

  7. Wow! Great video, I've been waiting for you to make video like this. I'm excited to try this specially now that I am into diet to lose those unnecessary body fats. :) Been eating fruits and veggies with less carbs, hope can continue with that as I am a sweettooth! This video will complement my diet! Thank you for sharing!

    Great vid, I love it when you do something different!

    I haven't exercised for years and 4 weeks ago I grabbed a few work-out dvds that you recommended and I've been doing them everyday. I have you to thank for that. I have noticed that I have more energy and that my body is slowly getting more toned, I am feeling great!

    This video is perfect for me to add more diversity to my exercises. I'll keep you posted and send you a before and after photo in a few months.

  29. Tried to do this sitting on the exercise size ball and my one year old wants to do it. Lool he tries to push me off so he can sit.on it but he's too small Lool.
