Update!

Hello beautiful! :) I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted! I don't want to give any excuses, just been busy with life in general. But anyway I'm glad you guys have been enjoying the little food logs, and I've been loving reading your entries too :) This week I will be filming my workout video, I am beyond excited for it!! I have decided to split it into a few parts (each one focusing on a different area of the body). In the last week, I've been doing really great with getting up early to go for power walks before I start my day. I've also taken a few yoga classes which I totally recommend for stretching and toning your muscles. You just feel so 'loosey goosey' :) and relaxed afterwards! Below are a few photos taken right after I filmed a getting ready with me video. Really fresh neutral makeup and big voluminous hair :) It should be up sometime this week! ♥

  3. your hair looks AMAZING in this! i wish i could curl it but my hair is just so thick and straight that it all flattens out within 30-mins of finishing :( i've been loving your food logs and i can't wait for your fitness vid :) our apartment is on the 10th floor and i've been choosing the stairs over the lift at least once every day :p you inspire me to be fitter and make healthier choices :) xo
