
Was totally inspired by this delicious looking picture to make my own this morning.
Next time I'm going to add cinnamon on top too :) yum.
Healthy Food Inspiration Log
Breakfast:
- Sprouted whole grain toast (Ezekiel brand) with raw peanut butter & sliced banana
- Big cup of green tea (drink it every morning, sometimes forget to mention)
Lunch:
- Lots of watermelon!
- (Snacked on almonds)
- (Snacked on almonds)
Early Dinner:
- Whole grain penne pasta with tomato basil sauce
- Baby carrots
After Dinner:
- More watermelon :)

Oh my gosh, I totally eat the toast with banana too! It's delish, but I also add biological honey on top and in stead of using a toasting machine, I fry it in a pan for a few minutes with everything on top already. That way the peanutbutter melts a little bit. ;) Have a happy wednesday, Annie! You are amazing! XXX

ReplyDeleteI love doing this too!! Its the best gotta love banana and peanut butter. Sometimes I substitute the peanut butter for almond butter which is really yummy too:)

Yum! This sounds so delicious, I think I'm going to try it ASAP! Today I had apple cinnamon oatmeal for breakfast, with a cliff bar for a snack!

Please keep doing them, you are such an inspiration for me to get healthy, I'm actually planning to buy some of the foods that you list in my attempt to eat better :) I have a blog/video request though, would you be able to do one on how to avoid cravings or what you do when you get a craving for something unhealthy? Because that's always the thing that derails my healthfulness efforts :(

Annie, you have GOT to try roasted natural seaweed from trader joes ! Its super healthy, loaded with antioxidants and sounds like a snack you would love !
