Bananas & Blueberries

Good morning girls! Just got back from an early morning run. I was SO tired when I woke up this morning, and ended up snoozing a little lol but finally made it out the door. I had prepared my running stuff the night before so it made it easier to get ready. I alternated between running, jogging and walking and did lots of mini exercises throughout, to target abs, butt, legs etc. Now I'm back home and feel great! Below is what I'm having for breakfast, lots of blueberries, a banana and a big cup of green tea. I love having this for breakfast because its loaded with antioxidants, fiber and vitamins. If I'm extra hungry, then I add in some Greek vanilla low fat yoghurt and Shredded Wheat cereal. A healthy breakfast idea for you! XOXO

  2. I had this as a breakfast today too--I just made it into a smoothie though, by adding greek yogurt, a bit of honey, some almond milk, a little ginger and a squeeze of a little lemon. So yum!

  3. mmm that looks good. I think I would add strawberries instead of blueberries though! :)
    Don't stop doing what you do Annie! You truly inspire me to be healthier and be more positive in life! Sometimes your quotes just makes me realize that I can do whatever I want! :) and to keep pushing for em'! Love your quotes and your videos! Keep them coming! Wish you the best of luck after you graduate! I myself will be graduating in Dec of 12 in a BA. I can't wait to move forward! :) xoxo from Canada

    I watched over your 'Weight Loss' video and it has inspired me to live a healthier life! I want to exercise more and eat much much healthier!

    I was wondering, if you would be able to post more meal ideas? Perhaps what you eat at home? Like a little recipe blog post. I know it's pretty simple and straight forward, but it's hard to find the tasty combinations!

    I'm sure it would also inspire a lot of people to be healthy, and piece together better meals!

    Just going through all your health and diet posts to get ideas and I'm really looking forward to trying out some of the meals:) I've recently put on a lot of weight and watching your 'weight loss' video has really inspired me to lose weight and just have a healthier lifestyle in general but doing it the right way like you say in your video!
