Beautiful Bright Eyes


"Do you have any tips on how to prevent dark under eye circles?"



1. Sleep, sleep SLEEP! :) I try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night.

2. If you tend to wake up with puffy / swollen eyes, put two small spoons in the freezer before you go to bed and in the morning, place the cold spoons over your eyes and relax for a few minutes. This will help de-puff the eyes, increase circulation and make you look awake. 

3. Puffy eyes can also be a result of sleeping on your face too much, and/or rubbing your eyes when you sleep. Try to sleep on your back or on your side but making sure you're not placing too much weight on your eyes. This will also help prevent thinning of the skin, thus wrinkles.

4. Its important to moisturize the under eye area since the skin is more fragile there then anywhere else on our face. 

5. As for darker colored skin around the eye, I recommend avoiding any whitening treatments and just stick to good old concealer & highlighter! Don't be embarrassed and don't feel the need to always conceal them.

6. Eat well and keep hydrated with water! Salty foods and alcohol can really dry you up internally, so try avoiding that as much as you can. Eating healthy will provide you with lots of vitamins and essential nutrients your body needs to keep it looking gorgeous.

    I wanna tell you that i have really inspired me in many ways. i started to take more care of my self when i watched your videos.
    I started to eat healty food and to avoide suger and fast food. I really wanna start to work out but i find it hard to get the time. im going my last year in engineer program and i feel tired of going to the gym after universty. How can i get more energi of the work out so i can study when i get howe. That did u do? It it only in the beeging to feel tired?

    Im from sweden and i know u have been here u said that in one of your videos. where are u from orginaly? :)

  3. hey annie i really want to follow in your footsteps and become healthy like you i do a lot of exercise but i just don't know where to start when it comes to diet! i was wondering if you had anytime to give me a few ideas and what you would eat on a daily basis?:) thank you so much i love your videos and your such a great inspiration to me! watching your videos and seeing how beautiful and healthy and glowing you are motivates me so much! xxx

Thank you sooo much for the tip, I`ll try them, but it`s so hard for me to get a good night sleep, I don`t know way it`s just can sleep well, but, I`ll try with the spoons, also, I all ready star eating healthier, and trying to work out more often, I use to be really thing but now, I`m like double my size, and it`s being so hard to get it back, but I just have the confidence to do it just as you did and I want to believe in my self again and find like I worth.... you have inspire me so much, to go for it and achieve in life what ever I want.... I`m from Honduras and can`t wait to see more of you.
